What can you expect from our wellness hubs?

1-on-1 coaching

Together, we’ll journey into your untapped potential. We will explore any difficulties you are experiencing, look at the barriers that might be preventing you from achieving your full potential and decide if traditional talking therapies, cognitive behavioural programming, physical training or a combination is the right approach for you.

Action orientated approach

“If you always do, what you’ve always done, then you’ll always get what you’ve always got” and talking about it can help bring awareness but on its own it very rarely brings about effective change. For that reason we will work together taking action, setting goals, and helping you to develop healthy, helpful habits. Working with JTU wellness hubs will not be a passive experience that happens to you. We will collaborate to help you see the patterns of thinking that have been unhelpful, the tools to help you cope with extreme stress and anxiety, and the path you can follow to become the best version of you.

Alternative approaches

We encourage you to be open minded about the journey you are about to take into your self development. We are certainly open minded when it comes to the therapies and treatment plans we prescribe. This can include cold water therapy, conscious breathing exercises, meditation and journaling. Some or all of these things may appear normal to you or they may seem completely alternative. We promise that everything we do is grounded in science and backed by experience and results.

The JTU Project: Join our free community now

Our owner Colin & his daughter Kirsty set up a charitable programme in 2023 firstly with the aim to reduce suicides in young people. It soon became apparent that people of all ages and all backgrounds needed this support and so it has now grown to cater for all. We take groups for walks into the beautiful hills in snowdonia, the lake district and more, offer cold water therapy and breathwork, and we have a free whatsapp community with groups supporting health & fitness, mindset matters, diet and nutrition etc etc – please take a look and see if this is something that would help you

Mindset Matters

To say Colin has helped me is the understatement of the year! Initially I started to work with Colin to help improve my performance in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As a British champion I had a good foundation, but had struggled with focus and belief. However, from our sessions being very sport specific to begin with, we have branched out learning ways to handle various situations that cause a large degree of mental stress. Overall, not only have my performances in competition improved (which was the primary aim) but I feel less stressed, more relaxed and infinitely more confident in everyday life.
